It sounds like the Chronicle web app is disabled. Please create a
support case and they should be able to enable it. Is this a new tenant
or did you move to BYOID recently?
You should be able to find the Configuration ID on the Users & browsers
settings page and the Connectors page. Has a Provider Configuration been
created? If not, check here on how to create one -

Hi aivaras, Please submit a support case for the creation of a new log
type. That new log type can be internal to your Chronicle instance. Once
the new log type has been set up, you can configure ingestion and then
build a custom parser. Chris
