Hello-
Has anyone tried to do same formula in AppSheet? My client needs a combination formula in his app. Attaching a screenshot for a sample calculator I found in the net.

Hey Marc. Itโs hard to replicate the combination formula by using the loop actions. I created a table instead and perform a lookup to get the value. See sample below.
Combination | Value |
---|---|
2 | 1 |
3 | 3 |
4 | 6 |
5 | 10 |
6 | 15 |
7 | 21 |
8 | 28 |
9 | 36 |
10 | 45 |
11 | 55 |
and so onโฆ
I suppose you could replicate a factorial function with a decrementing value in a โLooping with Actionsโ setup.
Thank you for your suggestion Marc! I will try this one.

Yah, a lookup table, I agree thatโs way easier. Iโve made a lookup table for trig functions for another app.
