Create a pdf report of a slice on demand

I’m trying to figure out how to create a pdf report of a data slice using an action or on-demand. This would need to work without changing the data in the slice data.

In a perfect world, I would like an action button when viewing the slice that when clicked it would create the PDF report of that data, row by row.

Any help would be great.

Actions do not have the ability to just create a PDF file. Reports used to be able to do this but with BOTS I cant figure it out.

Actions have never been able to create PDFs. Both the old workflows and the new bots (a/k/a Automation) can create PDFs.

Yep! I understand that and I create reports all the time but can’t seem to create one on-demand for a data slice. This one is not clear to me how to do this.

But I am aware of how to create reports based on a schedule or a data change.

I’m also trying to figure out how to do this. Did you find a solution? I don’t want to have to schedule it (want it on demand) and don’t want to change data in the slice table to trigger it.
