Hello,

Is it possible that appsheet sends a notification email and or SMS to a user who has not updated a row after a period of lets say 6 hours? and after that each 1 hour.

Let’s say they created a line with a job start at 8 o’clock in the morning. I want that the system automatically generates a reminder that the job is not closed.

You could do this using a “Report” (aka “Scheduled Rule”.
The finest grain Report runs once per day at the hour you specify.
If you want to check each hour you would need to create a copy of the Report for each hour you wish to check.
For example, if you wanted to check for each hour of the 8 hour workday you would need 8 copies of the Report .
