Getting a "User does not have a valid database account" error


One of our clients just notified me that out of the blue when she tries to edit/use the app, she is presented with the following error:

User ‘319849’ does not have a valid ‘database’ account

I tried editing the app as well as an admin but i get the same exact error. Any ideas on what’s causing this? From the quick search i did, only a handful of people seem to have had a similar issue but that had to do with a “Microsoft account”. Couldn’t find anything about an invalid database account.

I may advise contacting directly.

Is there any way to contacting support directly other than appsheet? It needs a Premium plan and i don’t have one, only our manager does and he is probably “too busy” to email them.

Other than email, there’s no direct contact unfortunately.
