Hi @Hugo_Francisco_Garci, you can use the same data source for multiple apps - just ‘Add New Table’ in Data > Tables from each application to find the common table.

If you are asking to place the images and files being to the same folder in your cloud service, rather than referring to the same spreadsheet across the different app, then try this.

First, open the info pane, property tab. You can find default app folder.
This is relative path direct to your storage folder under your default cloud service.

Copy this relative path.

Open the second app and go down to App Property. Paste the relative path you capture from the first app.

By doing this, both app will save the files, images into the same folder.
