Inline "Add" button hidden, by main view "Edit" button (Mobile View)

Hi Team, I hope you are well!

I currently have an inline reference view, that allows one to add a row via the inline view, however the main view edit button, is always covering the add button. Is their a way to rearrange these buttons? As both need to exist in this view.

The picture below, shows how you carefully have scroll in such a way to make the “Add” button viewable, however when you are able to align them, you now need to try navigate and click the “add” button without hitting the edit button.
