Pdf attachment desconfiguration

Hello everyone.

So I have an app that among other functions sends an pdf attachment, the problem is that today and with no changes to the workflow or the docs template the pdf attachment desconfigurated like if the page size was changed. If someone know why this could be happening or how to solve it I would be so grateful.
