Short Video Clip Upload (Or Maybe even GIF upload)

Hi There,

Just wondering if there will ever be an option to upload videos through the app?

Or even a feature to take a short video (0 - 10 sec) that could convert to a GIF?

Would be lovely if there were a way to do that.
