"Unable to fetch app definition: Error:User ‘700461’ does not have a valid ‘office365’ account

This is the second time in 2 days that the prototype testers have had this error issue and are unable to sync any updates

Is this a onedrive issue or something I have done in the app design?

Normally the reason is as it says… or the security option “Authentication provider” is not correct.
