Iโm assuming you have left the โEmail Bodyโ field blank in your workflow/report, and thus are seeing the default body text.
You can customize the email or attachment to a very large degree actually. But if all you want is the simply column and value listing, but with some names changed, then click on the โcreateโ button next to the โEmail Body Templateโ field, as shown in screenshot below. This will re-create that default message in a Google Doc that you can then edit to your heartโs content (following the rules of course).
