Well, I've got some experience with that. I tried out this AvayaSoftphone and found it pretty neat. It's user-friendly and has a chat feature that works smoothly. You can send messages while making calls, which is handy. However, I wouldn't say it's the best company in this sphere; some of the features are much more sophisticated at Acrobits. So, check out both, and decide what's the best for you.
