Hi everyone
I have a โMAINTENANCEโ table with a column named โN.Sโ that refers to a โGSEโ table.
In the table โGSEโ .- (column โN.Sโ numbers), (column โSTATEโ inoperative).
In the โMAINTENANCEโ table, how can I display only the numbers in the โN.Sโ column that are inoperative
In the โGSEโ table?
thank you
Solved! Go to Solution.
For the Valid If expression for the N.S column of the MAINTENANCE table, try:
SORT(
SELECT(
GSE[N.S],
AND(
ISNOTBLANK([STATE]),
([STATE] = "inoperative")
),
TRUE
)
)
It might be helpful to create a slice of โInoperativeโ records from the GSE table.
I would make a slice to hold the Inoperative records, then use the slice to restrict the options for your reference by using a Valid If formula like this:
Inoperative_GSE_Slice[Tables_Key]
You can read more about slices here:
Hello
thanks but I have already created an inoperative slice.
in the maintenace form screen when I have to assign in the N.S column all the operative ones also appear
For the Valid If expression for the N.S column of the MAINTENANCE table, try:
SORT(
SELECT(
GSE[N.S],
AND(
ISNOTBLANK([STATE]),
([STATE] = "inoperative")
),
TRUE
)
)
Perfect!!!
thanks a lot!!!
