In Google Chrome, you can select text, right-click, and choose the option to translate. In this case, the text translates to "Also have you checked the spam folder in your inbox."

Dies liegt daran, dass Ihr E-Mail-Anbieter den Spam-Filteralgorithmus geändert hat.
