Tabs in desktop view

I have a form with tabs. I want all the tabs to display on the desktop. I am finding only 3 display and then there is a arrow to scroll to see the next tabs. I only have 4 tabs, can they all display?
Are they working on the desktop view?

I have a similar situation. Could you solve this? My tabs are only working in the mobile phone visualization, not in the desktop one. Thank you!
