Do you know if there is a view or dashboard to know in my account :
- Who is the root Admin (and can we have multiple root admins ?) ?
- Who are admin ?
- Who are appsheet members ?

Team Root role ==> set by AppSheet representative
Team Admin role ==> set by AppSheet representative
App Creator role ==> deducted if an user has one app made
App User role ==> the rest of it

If I understand well the user roles that you describes is related to the use of an app,
I was wondering if we had the same thing at the accoung level ?

You can't.
Basically, from the Enterprise Dashboard/ Members: you can download the data, and use it if you want to aggregate some data. You will have the roles here:

I looked at the Workspace admin console but I don't think it is here
Maybe I am missing a setting tab in Appsheet,
