how can i set image column width,
in my template like this:
and the result after generating to pdf like this:
this is certainly not as expected,
where I want the columns to match as they have been setup in the template, so they are good looking and easy to read

You have limited control over the image sizes in a generated PDF by using a Format Rule. You can create a single Format rule, specify the 3 image columns and then set the xxx setting to adjust the size of the image in template. See image below
But, if there is no consistency in how the photos are taken, this setting can only help some.
