Since the total storage has been limited to 100 TB, it is essential that Google implement a way to limit the storage quota per user or per Organizational Unit, otherwise it is very difficult to control that those 100 TB are not exceeded. Organizations with thousands of users need it to continue using Google Workspace. Even buying licenses, it is impossible to control the excesses.

Hi
i believe itโs good suggestion what you didnโt posted in future features ideas community
@ggalli Just to be clear, we are talking about the 100TB baseline for storage that Google implemented for the Education customers, correct?
-KAM
Yes.
@ggalli then I agree this should be a feature request. I have a feeling a LOT of education customers have missed the 100TB limit. You can always buy more storage for the pool but I agree, an OU setting would be ideal.
-KAM
Yes, even buying more storage, it should be possible to limit by Organizational Unit. The solution of buying more storage is limited, the real solution is to be able to manage the storage.
I agree with the proposed solution.
This is absolutely required for EDU accounts
Any news about this topic?
I agree with you! EDU accounts need this!! How can we let Google know and ask to implemente it?
