FIX the FIRST COLUMN in table view

Dear AppSheet team,

would be great to have the feature of fixing the first (or first few) column of the table view like it is possible in Excel or Google Sheets, to be the main category alsways shown while scrolling vertical to its details.

Currently there’s not such feature but you can vote for the feature request, so that the Appsheet team can pick it up and work on it.

Have you tried this?

I do not remember but in one of the Announcements’ post Appsheet Team informed about this feature I think. I guess it only works with first column. Btw I use it and it works only with Table View of course

[Table View] Freezing the first Column of a Table View - in Preview Program Announcements

The following feature has been added to the Preview Program. Feel free to test the feature and report issues or possible improvements in this thread. Table View now supports freezing the first column while scrolling horizontally. This is automatically enabled when First column represents the key or label of the table AND First column width <= 50% of screen width AND If table has at least 3 columns When these conditions are met, the first column is frozen by default.
