New Bug Encountered: Workflow Emails not going thru

I have a workflow rule that generates an email order with a pdf attachment. As of 16 November, 2020 all was working 100%. As of 17 November, all Gmail addresses are still receiving the orders but it seems that the platform is not sending the emails to the 3rd party domain. I checked the audit log and there is no record of the emails being sent

I just spent an hour with our email provider, there is nothing wrong on our side. Emails are not even hitting our servers.
FYI- I am receiving all emails to my personal Gmail address with no issues whatsoever

Hi @Jester_Castillo - please check this thread now. It seems there were several issues that hit at once, but the Mandrill “next block” issue is most likely the one that caused your issue.

Let us know if you are still seeing issues, but I assume based on the update in the linked thread that you should be good to go now.
