You may want to look into using an action, as @Aleksi mentioned. The action- Data: set some values of columns in this row, can be used on the current row.
If you want to pass values from one row to another existing row, you can combine that action with Data: perform an action on a set of rows.
There’s no way to directly pass values from one row to another without linking multiple actions, but there is a feature request for it here if you’d like to vote for it.
If you have some kind of relationship between these two tables so you can find that record and only that one, yes it’s possible as @GreenFlux described.
