Feature Support ISOWEEKNUM() expression

The ISOWEEKNUM() expression is now supported to return the ISO week of the year as a number (1 to 53). See ISOWEEKNUM().

Bug Minimum and maximum properties are now respected for DateTime fields.
Bug An issue was fixed in the editor that prevented updates to Workflow Tasks.

@Liz_Lynch @Sarmad_Hashmi This is working now thank you. But it will be very cool if we could use an expression for Minimum date, like TODAY().
I know we can use ValidIf fot that. But the difference is, that with ValidIf you are able to select a wrong date, and then get an Invalid value error. By setting Minimum date you are not able to select a wrong date. This is more user friendly.
