Enhancement Improve row filtering performance when CSV Export is used for a grouped view

Row filtering performance has been improved when CSV Export is used for a Grouped View. This change also results in both the Slice Filter and Row Filter times being captured in performance measurements.

Enhancement Include CSV Export performance information in Performance Profile

CSV Export performance information is now available in the Performance Profile. See Performance Profile.

Bug fixes

Bug The Share dialog now opens on mobile devices.
Bug Fixed an issue that inadvertently caused the app version to be updated for a few authors.
Bug Added missing performance measurement description. Previously performance measurements were sometimes displayed as Unknown. This problem has been corrected.
